Scar-light Chapter 3(featuring Orchialcoscorcerer)

[Emily's POV]
For the past few years, I've lived a relatively calm life here on Angel Island. I usually spend a majority my days doing training for speed and strength. I also usually like to keep to myself in my hut that I built here on the island. That all changed one day when I met a boy who...gah...! I have no idea what to think about him..! He's certainly something else, I know that for sure!

It was a cool summer evening when I was just finishing up an extra-long training session I set up for myself. I felt like I wasn't doing as much strength training as I probably should have been lately, so I decided to do an extra-long session today.

“Phew, Finally done for today” I thought to myself.

“Hm, what should I do now?”

I thought on this for what seemed like an hour (even though it was only about a minute) before finally deciding. “Ah! I know. I'll take a nice, quick bath, go out hunting for dinner, then turn in early for the day.”

I went over to the pond near my hut and filled a bucket with water from it. After which I went over to my tub (which I made) and dumped it in there. It usually takes about eight or nine trips to fill it up all of the way. Doing this can get a bit annoying, but it's worth it to me. I love taking a bath (especially after a training session). It usually helps me relax.

After I was done, I undressed and got in the tub. The water was nearly perfect. Too bad that no more than two minutes after I got in, I heard something crash out of a nearby tree. It did make me jump a bit;mainly due to it being unexpected; but I didn't really think much about it at first. Then I heard two people talking.

Other than Knuckles, I've almost never seen anyone else on this island. This got me really curious and a bit paranoid about who it is, so I decided to go investigate. I quickly got out of the tub and dressed myself before going inside through a back entrance to grab my hunting knife and holster (just in case I needed it.) There was a noticeable moment of silence before I came out of the front.

“Damn, they must know I'm here.” I quickly thought, “Well, guess there'll be no surprise for them!”

I quickly came out through the front pointing my knife at both a blue hedgehog and a purple tiger that.. I don't know what to think about..
